Job Description
• Should be capable of trouble shooting issues with users’ PC, printers, scanners etc
• Knowledge of windows server active directory management and domain management.
• Should be able to co-ordinate effectively with local IT service providers.
• Should have good knowledge of server, hardware and network management
• Good communication skill
• Must have thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, flags and be able to troubleshoot connectivity, needs thorough knowledge of DNS, SSL certificate, Cookies, HTTP protocol issues, HTTP compression, and F5 IRULE usage.
• Should be able to troubleshoot VLAN or physical connectivity issues for servers and other devices.
• Good understanding of Network and application layer, expertise in integrating LB with network and application layer is a must.
• Understanding of application like Jboss, Web Logic, and Apache etc. would be required.
• Knowledge of operation system like Linux and Windows is required.
• Applicant must have an understanding of load balancing strategies/Techniques

Responsibility

• To provide IT support to all staff both software and infrastructure related.
• Ensure all servers and network devices are performing optimally and carry out maintenance of them. Trouble shooting errors and performing root cause analysis.
• To carry out all backups
• To liaise with suppliers and service providers in respect of software and hardware services
• To provide technical support for the Servers, Pc, Laptop, Ups, Access Control, telecoms and data network systems
• To manage, document, maintain and improve IT systems owned by BlazeDream
