Google search is enrolled with a new feature named “Google Instant” which dramatically reduces the online searching time of people. It saves time by eliminating the keystrokes.
When the user start typing at Google.com, the homepage will serves up with results. No need to spell out the entire title or no need to click the search, the result will appear automatically on the page. The users get the result as they type their queries. Google instant is search before you type and it takes what the users have typed already. It offers smarter and faster search that is interactive, predictive and powerful.
Some of the core features in Google Instant:
- Dynamic Results – It dynamically displays the relevant search result as the user type. It helps to quickly interact and click through the web content required.
- Predictions – Google Instant predicts the rest of the query (in light gray text) before the user finishes typing. Find what you need, stop typing and go for it.
- Scroll to search – Scroll through the predictions and see the instant result for each keyword as the arrow moves down.
The users are benefited more from Google Instant, the primary thing is time. Google’s testing shows that it saves the average searcher two to five seconds per search.
Google says that, Google Instant will become the core search experience on Google.com for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE8. Google Instant will also be offered at France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Spain and UK.
